For this editorial project, we had the opportunity to shoot Gigi Hadid on her family farm, brought to life by legendary photographer Helena Christensen for Vogue Czechoslovakia’s May issue. The session took place at the ranch Gigi shares with her family - a place she rarely opens to photographers or media - and where she finds both calm and inspiration surrounded by nature and her horses.
Captured against the backdrop of open fields, grazing horses, and quiet moments in the landscape she calls home, the visuals highlight a more intimate and natural side of the supermodel. Gigi moves with ease among the animals, embodying both strength and serenity as the camera follows her presence in the environment she loves.
Helena Christensen’s approach combined digital photography with expired Polaroids to bring a dreamlike, authentic quality to the series - blending modern energy with a softer, analogue touch.
This shoot is not just a portrait, but a quiet exploration of self and environment, framed by one of fashion’s most iconic faces in a setting that reflects who she is beyond the runway.
