We are going to the Venice Biennale

Following the success of last year’s iteration of The Club of Opportunities, which we were proud to be part of, we can’t wait to show you what’s currently in the works.

Jakub Jansa was selected to represent the Pavilion at the 2026 edition of the Biennale, which will also mark the 100th anniversary of the pavilion’s founding. To commemorate the occasion, the exhibition will bring together Jansa, the artist duo Selmeci Kocka Jusko, and curator Peter Sit.

Jakub’s practice blends film, installation, and performance into imaginative, layered environments. His work examines the mechanisms of social structures and the ideologies behind them - often through fiction, humor, and a touch of the grotesque.

His ongoing series, The Club of Opportunities, explores class dynamics and power hierarchies in a way that’s poetic, playful, and intellectually sharp - a distinctive voice we’re thrilled to help bring to Venice once again.
